Nimo Mohamed

CEO & Founder

Nimo Mohamed is the CEO and Founder of Language Hub. Nimo has spent over 20 years in language interpretation and translation services in Minnesota. As a Somali medical interpreter, she has interpreted for hospitals, clinics and also in non-medical settings such as schools, community agencies and courts. Nimo has strong interpersonal skills and expertise in working with diverse communities. She understands Oromo and Other Ethiopian languages and also some Arabic. Nimo has an extensive network of communities having spent years in community engagement and outreach work.

Haboon Mohamed

Operations Manager

Haboon Mohamed is currently the Operations Manager for Language Hub. Haboon has a Bachelor degree in nursing from Metro State University in Minnesota. Haboon has worked as a Mental Health Practitioner for over 5 years and also as a medical interpreter since 2013 in area hospitals and clinics in Minnesota. She is a qualified medical interpreter registered with the Minnesota Department of Health. She has also interpreted for the courts in Wisconsin for 2 years.
